  1. Right Click to save the outline below to your hard drive. Open it in Animation Shop and export it to Paint Shop Pro.

  2. Right Click to save the color guide below to your hard drive:

  3. Magnify to 800%. Set your Paint Brush settings to: Square, Size 1, Hardness, Density, Thickness and Opacity all at 100, and Step at 25; and draw over the outline as follows: Bear #1 - Eyes and Nose #3, #4, and #5 - Sign #5. Make fills as follows: Bear #2 - Muzzle #6 - Sign #7. Your image should now look like this:

  4. Using color #1 draw some fuzz on your bear as shown below:

  5. Use the Magic Wand to select inside one of the Outer Ears - Float Selection and apply following cutout: Shadow Color = #1, Vertical and Horizontal = 0, Opacity = 80, Blur = 2. Repeat for the other Outer Ear. Use the Magic Wand to select inside Both Inner Ears - Float Selection and apply following cutout: Shadow Color = #1, Vertical and Horizontal = 0, Opacity = 80, Blur = 2. Use the Magic Wand to select inside the Head - Float Selection and apply following cutout: Shadow Color = #1, Vertical and Horizontal = 0, Opacity = 80, Blur = 4. Use the Magic Wand to select inside the Muzzle - Float Selection and apply following cutout: Shadow Color = #1, Vertical and Horizontal = 0, Opacity = 80, Blur = 2. Use the Magic Wand to select inside One of the Paws - Float Selection and apply following cutout: Shadow Color = #1, Vertical and Horizontal = 0, Opacity = 80, Blur = 3. Repeat for the other Paw. Use the Magic Wand to select inside the Sign - Float Selection and apply following cutout: Shadow Color = #5, Vertical and Horizontal = 0, Opacity = 80, Blur = 2. Your Image should now look like this:

  6. With color #5 - Apply text of your choice as shown below:

  7. Reduce magnification back to original size of 100% and your finished image should now look like this:
