  1. New Image - Magnify to 800%. Set your Paint Brush settings to: Square, Size 1, Hardness, Density, Thickness and Opacity all at 100, and Step at 25. and draw the outline as below using color #A6863A.

    I have provided a number representing the length of lines which are greater than 1 or 2 pixels in length accordingly next to that line:

  2. Use the Magic Wand to select inside the Mug, Flood Fill with color #E0CFA6. Float Selection and apply following cutout: Shadow Color = #A6863A, Vertical and Horizontal = 0, Opacity = 100, Blur = 15. Your image should now look like this:

  3. Switch back to Paint Brush and apply shading to the handle using color #DAC89B as shown below:

  4. New Layer - using color #FFFFFF, draw a square as shown below:

  5. Adjust - Blur - Gausian Blur set at 1.50 - Layers Merge Visible and reduce magnification back to original size of 100% and your finished image should now look like this:
