  1. Open the outline below in Animation Shop and export it to Paint Shop Pro.

  2. Right Click to save the color guide below to your hard drive.

  3. Magnify image to 800%. Set your Paint Brush settings to: Square, Size 1, Hardness, Density, Thickness and Opacity all at 100, and Step at 25. Draw over the outline as below using color #1 for the Base Outline and color #3 for the Globe Outline as shown below:

  4. Use the Magic Wand to select inside the Base, Flood Fill with color #2. Float Selection and apply following cutout: Shadow Color = #1, Vertical and Horizontal = 0, Opacity = 100, Blur = 8. Your image should now look like this:

  5. Use the Magic Wand to select inside the Globe. Add a New Layer and apply following cutout: Shadow Color = #4, Vertical and Horizontal = 0, Opacity = 100, Blur = 12. Lower the opacity to this layer to 34%. Merge layers - Visible. Your image should now look like this:

  6. Reduce magnification back to original size of 100% and your finished image should now look like this:

  7. Optional: Add a new layer and apply a tube of your choice, then move layer down one. You can also make an animation with it as I did below:
