  1. In PSP set your Paint Brush Settings to: Shape - Square, Size 1, Step 1, Hardness, Density, Thickness and Opacity all at 100, Rotation - 0, and Blend Mode - Normal.

    Open the cookie outline below in Animation Shop and export it to Paint Shop Pro.

  2. Using the color guide below: Paint over the outer outline of the cookie with color #1 and the inner outline with color #3.

  3. Use the Magic Wand to select the inside area of the cookie and flood fill with color #2 from the color guide and leave selected. Selections float, Effects 3D - Cutout: Vertical & Horizontal both at 0, Opacity at 100%, Blur 20, Color #1 from the color guide. Leave Selected, Add Noise: Uniform 12% - Monochrome Checked. Deselect. This is what you should have so far:

  4. Use the Magic Wand to select the inside area of the filling and flood fill with color #4 from the color guide and leave selected. Selections float, Effects 3D - Cutout: Vertical & Horizontal both at 0, Opacity at 100%, Blur 20, Color #3 from the color guide. Leave Selected, and add a new layer. Flood Fill with color #5, while still selected apply a Gausian Blur of 3. Turn the opacity of this layer down to 20. Deselect. This is what you should have so far:

  5. New Layer - Paint seeds as shown below - Effects - 3D -Soften. Deselect. This is what you should have so far:

  6. Click on the Cookie Layer and use the Soften Brush to Smooth out the Jelly Line. Merge all Layers visible. That's it, you're done. Enjoy your cookie!
