  1. Right Click to save the outline below to your hard drive. Open in Animation Shop and export it to Paint Shop Pro.

  2. Right Click to save the color guide below to your hard drive.

  3. Magnify to 800%. Set your Paint Brush settings to: Square, Size 1, Hardness, Density, Thickness and Opacity all at 100, and Step at 25.

  4. Use the Magic Wand to select inside the Ginger Man and Flood Fill with Color #2. Your image should now look like this:

  5. Use the Magic Wand to select inside the Ginger Man - Float Selection - Apply Cutout - Settings: V&H=0, Opacity 100%, Blur 30, Color #1 - Leave Selected - Adjust - Add Noise - Uniform 6% with Monochrome Checked. Your image should now look like this:

  6. Draw in the Eyes, Nose, Mouth, and Buttons using Colors #3, #4, and #5 as shown below:


    Any line over 2 pixels in length has been labeled accordingly.

  7. Selections - Select All - Selections - Float - Selections - Modify - Contract - Setting: 2. Leave Selected.

  8. Add a New Layer, Flood Fill with Color #6, Deselect. Use the Magic Wand to select inside the White Ginger Man - Selections - Modify Contract - Setting: 2, Hit the Delete Key twice. Deselect - Merge Layers Visible. Your image should now look like this:

  9. Reduce magnification back to original size of 100% and your finished image should now look like this:
